Dina Meyer who is an American actor, is often in comparison with Rosamund Pike. She made her debut on television in 1993. Her performances as Dizzy on Starship Troopers and Jane in Johnny Mnemonic or Kara in Dragonheart, and the role of Detective Allison Kerry were well received. Her birthplace was in Queens, New York on the 22nd of December, 1968. Her father was the owner of a vehicle repair shop while her mother ran the home and brought up the children Dina and her two sons. She was a dancer since her early years. In her twenties, her parents enrolled her in a dance course. These skills were useful when she later auditioned for parts. Dina got the lead role in Forest Whitaker's 1993 film Strapped. In the following year the popular youth show Beverly Hills 90210 offered her the part in the role of Lucinda Nichlson. In 1995, the actress had a major role in Keanu's epic action movie Johnny Mnemonic. Dragonheart was a fantastical adventure film co-starring Dennis Quaid. The artist was not afraid of the television screen and was featured for three times in the the iconic Friends; she personified Joey's love interest. The Ally McBeal Barry show Sonnenfeld's Secret Agent Man Six Feet Under along with the amazing show The Outer Limits were all enjoyed by the viewers. Dina's successful combination of the world of television and longer-term projects during the mid-90s and early 2000s was evident. Dina Richards as well as Denise Richards worked together in Paul Verhoeven's Starship Troopers (1997). Lou Diamond Phillips partnered Dina in Bats (1999).
